Balance due to court I’ve never hear of from GC Collection Agency…?

I recieved a notice within the mail from GC Services Limited Partnership Collection Agency Division motto that I owe $325 to a Delta Superior Court. I looked up the court and didn’t find anything anywhere on it and have not recieved any other notice as to owing money to anyone. Anyway, I was merely curious if anyone else had deal with this collection company or have heard of the Delta Superior Court. Any support would be greatly appreciated and might save me $325! Thanks…

GC Services is not a scam. They are a legit collection agency. One item you should be aware of is that sometimes debts will sit around for a few years before they are contracted out to places resembling GC. So you may not have received anything from anyone surrounded by the past but it doesn’t other mean you don’t owe it. My guidance is to contact GC and get more information. When chitchat to a collection agency, remember to be polite and calm. It’ll go and get you further than getting upset. I’m sure they’ll help you numeral out what this is for.As for Kevin below me, it sounds like they are trying to collect something for a court. No where on earth does that sound resembling a lawsuit. Trust me, he’d know if he’d been served court papers. Writing give up and desist letters do nil to resolve the problem. Write a letter requesting certification of the debt. They must provide you with the information they own.

Don’t spatter for it! Courts are required to SERVE people, that is to say required by law. If you own never heard of this court and you hold never been served next to a lawsuit, chances are they don’t exist! Especially if it is within a collection agency letter! They are a moment ago trying to get you to nickname them. Don’t! Never talk to a collection agency on the phone. First of adjectives, write them and tell them you will contact the Attorney General if they verbs to reference court documents that are untrue and don’t exist! They can’t mimic a decriminalized entity, they are not! Second, tell them to "Cease and desist" contacting you, or you will report them to the FTC for violation of the FCRA.I bet they leave you alone.

find out where it is- it might be a parking ticket or fraud. Someone may enjoy stollen your identity or have you identified as someone else. Call adjectives parties- the collection agency and the court.

Definitely looks like a scam…Look at your observe All legal collection agencies are dying in the order of getting in touch next to you… and would have for sure included a number for you to call them… Call them and see why you owe court money (case number? versus whom? date?)…Be wary

There’s a possibility , it’s not you, yes, chk. into it. It could be old speeding tckts, or anything ?!?!?!
